For the árbol chili sauce, heat the water in a small pot over high heat and boil the chiles until soft, strain and set aside. Add the chiles to the blender with the garlic, sesame seeds, vinegar, cumin, marjoram, and salt, blend until you obtain a sauce. Set aside. In a separate bowl, blend the tomatoes with the onion, clove, garlic, oregano, bay leaf, cumin, season with salt and set aside.
