In a bowl, mix the dough, baking powder, salt, and water gradually. Then, knead with your hands until you obtain a smooth dough. Shape a ball of dough with your hands, fill it with chicharrón, and close it with your fingers, giving it a round shape. Place plastic on a tortilla press, then put the dough in the center and press gently until you obtain discs of approximately 8 cm. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
