Prepare the mole: In a pot, heat the mole and broth or water. Whisk with a balloon whisk to incorporate the mole into the broth. When it starts to boil and the mole is completely dissolved in the broth, turn off the heat. Do not let it thicken too much because otherwise, the sauce will be too dry for the eggs. In a skillet, heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil. Brown the tortillas one by one without letting them become stiff. Place them on a paper towel, alternating a tortilla with a paper towel to absorb the excess oil. Arrange the tortillas on a serving platter.
