Ingredients: 2 cups lard, in cubes; 1 kilo pork loin, whole; 1 kilo pork ribs; 1 cup orange juice; 1 cup evaporated milk; herb bundle; 4 cloves garlic; 1/2 onions; 1/4 cups salt; corn tortillas; onion, for garnish; cilantro, for garnish; lime, for serving; salsa, for serving

Add the lard to a clay pot and let it melt over medium heat. When melted, add the meat and cook for 10 minutes or until the meat changes color. Add the orange juice, evaporated milk, herbs, garlic cloves, onion, and salt to the same pot. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Then, strain and let cool.
