For the noodle soup: Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, sauté the pasta without stopping to stir, and cook for 5 minutes or until golden. Set aside. Add the tomato puree and cook over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Then, pour in the chicken broth and cook for 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender. Set aside.
