In an air fryer, roast the guajillo chiles, ancho chile, chilhuacle chile, onion, garlic cloves, cumin, cloves, and cinnamon on a comal for 3 minutes at 160°C. Set aside. In the air fryer, roast the almonds and peanuts for 5 minutes at 160°C. Set aside.
