Ingredients: 350 grams ground pork; 1/2 kilos corn tortillas, small or sopito; 250 grams refried beans; 4 tomatoes; 1 clove garlic; salt; pepper; 1 pinch oregano; 1 pinch cumin; 1 tablespoon vinegar; panela cheese; 1/2 lettuce, finely chopped; 2 tomatoes, sliced; Oléico® safflower oil, necessary amount; 1.5 liters water

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, once boiling, add the ground beef (formed into balls, 3 pieces) with a pinch of salt and let simmer until the meat is cooked (approximately 30 minutes). Sauce: boil 1/2 liter of water with the tomatoes and garlic. Blend with spices (cumin, oregano, salt, pepper), vinegar, and a little water, so it’s not too thick or too runny.
