Ingredients: 10 Jalapeño chiles; water; 1/4 cups asadero cheese, cut into sticks; water, hot; 10 corn husks; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1/2 onions, fileteada; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped; 1 kilo tomato, cut into pieces; 1 sprig epazote; 350 grams lard; 1 kilo masa mix for tamales; 300 milliliters water; 1 tablespoon baking powder; salt

Remove the stems and seeds from the jalapeño chiles using a knife, being careful not to break them. Cook in salted water for 10 minutes or until soft. Drain and cool. Fill the chiles with asadero cheese.
