For the meatballs, mix the ground oatmeal with paprika, salt, and pepper; gradually add hot water and combine; then add the spinach and mix again. The texture of the mixture should be firm but manageable. If necessary, add a little more water. Form meatballs of your desired size with your hands and place them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
