Heat enough water in a pot, add salt, and bring to a boil again. Then, add La Moderna® Pluma and cook for 8 minutes. Drain the pasta and set aside. Blend the zucchini flowers, half cream, garlic, onion, cream cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside the zucchini flower sauce.
