Ingredients: 1 head garlic; 1/2 cups lime juice; 10 pepper, thick; 2 tablespoons sea salt; 6 tablespoons salsa, Huichol® Habanera; 1 kilo shrimp, medium with shell; 1/2 cups olive oil; 4 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped; 4 limes, cut into quarters

For the mojo: blend the unpeeled garlic, lime juice, pepper, sea salt, Huichol Habanero sauce until you achieve a paste. Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise with the shell on. Rinse them under cold running water and place them in a large bowl. Pour the previous mixture over them and mix well. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
