Ingredients: 1 box Tres Estrellas® pizza flour; 1 cup water, warm; La Moderna® pasta sauce; 1 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, shredded; 1 cup pepperoni; basil, fresh, finely chopped

Add the Tres Estrellas® pizza flour to a bowl, slowly pour in the water, and knead by hand for 12 minutes or until you achieve an elastic consistency. Shape the dough into a ball, cover with a cloth, and let it rest in a bowl for 20 minutes or until it doubles in size. Punch down the dough and, using a rolling pin, roll it out on a flat surface with a little flour; once you have the dough rolled out, spread a little La Moderna® pasta sauce, sprinkle cheese and pepperoni, roll it up, and cut into 2-inch thick rolls.
