Place each potato on an extended sheet of aluminum foil, then pour in a little vegetable oil and salt, and wrap the potatoes. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 200 °C or until the potatoes are completely cooked. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly at room temperature.
