Ingredients: 1 cauliflower; 1/2 cups olive oil; 1/4 onions, finely chopped; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 2 cups tomato purée; 1 serrano chile, deveined and cleaned, cut in half; 1 can vegetables, pre-cooked and drained; 3 pinches salt; 2 pinches pepper; 1 sprig fresh cilantro

Clean the cauliflower and separate it into medium pieces. Process in a food processor until finely chopped, making sure the consistency is fluffy like rice. Set aside. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the onion until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for one minute.
