Heat the oil in a pan, add the mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Pour Doña María® Ready-to-Serve Mole and vegetable broth into a blender, blend until obtaining a homogeneous mixture, and add over the mushrooms. If necessary, add a little salt and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
