Ingredients: 1 tablespoon canola oil, for the filling; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for the filling; 1 cup tomatillo, in medium cubes, for the filling; 3 cups beef, shredded, for the filling; 3 cups zucchini blossoms, clean and without pistil, for the filling; 1/2 cups yellow corn kernels, for the filling; 1/4 cups cilantro, finely chopped, for the filling; 2 cups water, for the masa; 1 cube Knorr® Juicy Rib, Rib Broth; 4 cups corn masa flour, for the masa; 1 tablespoon baking powder, for the masa; 1/4 cups canola oil, for the masa; banana leaf, roasted; green salsa, cooked, for serving; panela cheese, in cubes, for decoration

For the filling, in a pan with hot oil, sauté the onion until it becomes transparent. Add the tomatillos and cook until they soften. Add the shredded beef, zucchini flower, corn kernels, and cilantro. Mix all the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside and let cool. To prepare the masa, dissolve the Knorr® Juicy Rib cube in a small pot with boiling water.
