Cook these rich and juicy chicken fajitas with balsamic vinegar and vegetables such as carrots, peppers, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, green beans and baby corns. It's a delicious dish that is cooked all in a pan without having to use oil.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 spoonfuls of bee honey
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of thyme ground
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of onion powder
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 piece of chicken breast cut into fajita strips
  • 1/2 Cup of broccoli cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot baby cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/2 Cup of green bean in Little pieces
  • 1/2 Cup of Bell pepper of colors cut in julienne strips
  • 1/2 Cup of baby corn cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/2 Cup of cherry tomato of colors in halves

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the honey, the garlic, the mustard, the rosemary, the thyme, the onion, the salt and the pepper. Reservation.
    Season the chicken fajitas with salt and pepper and seal at medium heat in the new "Healthy Cooking" range of T-fal® when the red dot (Thermo-spot) is completely red. Add the vegetables with the exception of the corn and tomatoes, bathe with the balsamic vinegar mixture and cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are soft and the chicken is fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
    Add the corn and tomatoes, cook 5 minutes more and bathe with a little more sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve immediately and accompany with steamed rice.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the chicken with veggies and accompany with steamed brown rice or a little pasta.

    TIPS

    Seal the chicken at high temperature to preserve the juices and then lower it to cook completely together with the vegetables and the sauce.
