Delicious and succulent cured chicken breast prepared with the exquisite taste of the Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce accompanied by a rich vegetable garnish.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 ciabatta bread
  • 150 milliliters Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel), cool
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 150 grams chicken breast
  • 15 grams garlic
  • 30 grams white onion
  • 5 grams salt
  • 10 grams butter
  • 10 grams shallot
  • 20 grams cherry tomato
  • 20 grams yellow bell pepper
  • 20 grams green bell pepper
  • 20 grams orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat cook the chicken breast in water with the pinch of salt, garlic and onion.
Empty the Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
Add the bay leaves, oregano and pepper, mix constantly until incorporated; once it boils, turn off and reserve.
For garnishing vegetables: Wash and disinfect cherry tomatoes and sweet peppers.
Slice the tomatoes in half and cut the red peppers into strips.
Season with olive oil, lemon and salt.
Once the breast is cooked: Discard the chicken breast.
Peel and finely chop the echalotte.
Fry the echalotte with the butter.
Add the shredded chicken breast and stir to incorporate the flavor.
Add the Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce previously seasoned and mix perfectly with the breast.
For the bread: Open the ciabatta by cutting it with a bread knife.
Toast both sides, getting them hot and crispy.
Finally, mount our tasty breast with Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce on the base part of the ciabatta bread and serve the delicious side dish of vegetables.

PRESENTATION

As the title of this succulent recipe indicates, decorate the dish by placing four toothpicks (two on each side) to simulate the oars of a canoe. Place on the breast a little bell pepper and echalotte to decorate. Serve on time

TIPS

To achieve a more appetizing presentation, toast the bread in a pan or in a pan with slices.
