Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cambray onions, filleted
  • 3 cups chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cups celery, cut into half moons
  • 1 cup mushroom, in slices
  • 1 cup broccoli, bleached and cut into small florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, colored, cut into strips
  • 2 cups soybean sprouts
  • 1/4 cups cambray onion, (finely chopped tails)
  • 3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce, (148 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat and sauté the chambray onion until it is slightly transparent.
Add the chicken and cook until cooked, add the celery, the mushrooms, the broccoli, the colored peppers, the soy germ, the onion tails, add Kikkoman® Soy Sauce, the sesame and cook for 3 more minutes .
