Bread the chicken fajitas previously seasoned with salt and pepper, passing flour, egg, and corn flakes.
Heat a pot with the oil and fry the breasts until they are crispy, remove from the fry and place on an absorbent paper.
For the salad, in a bowl mix the cucumber, purple onion, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, the dressing, the Clement Jacques® Italian Baked Croutons, the Parmesan cheese, the chicken and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
