Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of chicken breast cut into fajitas
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of flour for breading
  • 2 pieces of egg beaten, for breading
  • 1 Cup of cornflakes ground up for breading
  • 1 Cup of oil to fry
  • 1 Cup of cucumber cut into thin slices without seeds
  • 1/2 Cup of red onion very thin fillet
  • 3 cups of lettuce chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Cup of cherry tomato cut in half
  • 1/4 of Cup of César Clemente Jaques® Dressing
  • 1 Cup of Italian Baked Croutons Clemente Jacques®
  • 1/3 of Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 pieces of tortilla for the burrito

    Preparation

    Bread the chicken fajitas previously seasoned with salt and pepper, passing flour, egg, and corn flakes.
    Heat a pot with the oil and fry the breasts until they are crispy, remove from the fry and place on an absorbent paper.
    For the salad, in a bowl mix the cucumber, purple onion, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, the dressing, the Clement Jacques® Italian Baked Croutons, the Parmesan cheese, the chicken and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
    On a board, place the tortilla for burrito and fill it with the previous preparation, close it to a burrito and grill for 2 minutes on each side, serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve wrapped in a wax paper, accompanied by dressing.
