This rich chicken curry fajitas are a simple and very delicious dish. You can prepare it quickly and give your family a delicious meal with lots of flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams chicken breast, in fajitas
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green, cut into strips
  • 200 grams milk cream
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, filleted
  • 20 grams curry powder

Preparation

Season the chicken fajitas and add the soy. Reservation.
In a pan add the butter, add the fajitas and let them brown avoiding drying. Reservation. Add the curry to the creamer and mix until integrated.
Saute the vegetables, add the cream with the curry and the fajitas. Cook a few more minutes until everything is well cooked and the flavors are integrated.
Serve hot and accompany with the garnish of your choice.
