Ingredients

10 portions
  • 500 grams hominy, precooked
  • 1 kilo chicken breast
  • 10 jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 kilo tomato
  • 1/2 kilos lemon
  • 5 cups lettuce, filleted
  • 3 cups radish, sliced

Preparation

Wash the pozolero corn with a little water and cook it in a pot with the chicken. Once the chicken is cooked, discard it, return the meat to the broth.
Peel the tomatoes and wash them, cut them half, like chilies and onions, season with a little salt. Blend all these ingredients, in a pan with a little oil fry the sauce. Add it to the broth and cook it until it boils.
Remove from heat and serve with lettuce, lemon and radish.

TIPS

You can add a little oregano to each dish in the amount you want. Serve with toast, cream and avocado.
