Chilaquiles Greens with Mushrooms

If you want to give a spin to your chilaquiles of the newspaper, you have to try this recipe of green chilaquiles with mushrooms, they are perfect for a delicious breakfast. You will become a fan of this green sauce because of the seasoning Knorr® gives you.

Ingredients

  • 10 pieces of green tomato
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • 2 pieces of chile serrano without tail
  • 1 Cube of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 2 cups of mushroom filleted
  • 6 cups of totopo of corn
  • 1/4 of piece of purple Onion filleted
  • 4 teaspoons of cream reduced in fat
  • 4 spoonfuls of fresh cheese grated

    Preparation

    Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chilies and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and change color.
    Remove the ingredients from the saucepan (without water) and blend until there are no large lumps.
    Heat the oil and sauté the mushrooms. Once they are soft, add the sauce, the cube of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth and cook for 10 minutes on low medium heat stirring from time to time.
    To bat the totopos with the sauce and to serve with purple onion. Garnish with cream and fresh grated cheese.
