Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of potato
  • enough of Water
  • 4 pieces of fish fillet 200 g
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg
  • 1/2 Cup of capers
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese
  • enough of Salad fresh, to serve

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350°F)
    On a board, cut the potatoes into slices and place them in water so they do not rust.
    In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the potatoes until they are slightly soft. Remove and place in water with ice cubes to stop the cooking, drain.
    Season the fish with olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside
    Mix the whipping cream with the evaporated milk, the melted butter, the nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    In a oven proof dish place some of the sauce, arrange the potatoes, cover with more sauce, add the fish and finish with more sauce, add the capers, sprinkle with Manchego cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
    Serve, and accompany with fresh salad.

    Rápido fácil, y quedó delicioso

    Ya lo preparé, receta muy fácil y deliciosa. No tenia nuez moscada, así que lo suplí por clavo, jengibre y canela (todo en polvo). El pescado lo deje marinar en el refrigerador un par de horas y tomo los sabores del cilantro y el ajo muy bien. Para guarnición, lo acompañe con un calabacin al vapor relleno de Kale, espinaca y queso panela.
