Preparation
Cut the zucchini along and cook it in salted water for about 7 minutes
In a pan, prepare the vegetable, pepper, onion, leek, and tomato sauce.
When the courgettes have been cooked, drain them and remove the center. Add the zucchini that you removed to the sofrito.
When the sofrito is ready, fill the zucchini, add grated cheese on top and gratin a few minutes.
