Enchiladas Lagunera

Prepare these delicious enchiladas stuffed with panela and onion cheese at home. With a wide guajillo chile sauce that will leave you wanting more in every bite. Try them.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of guajillo chile
  • 4 pieces of wide chili
  • 2 cloves of Garlic chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of Dried oregano
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 12 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • enough of oil
  • 150 grams of Panela cheese
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece of tablet chocolate table
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar

    Preparation

    Uncover the chiles and remove the seeds.
    Toast the chiles lightly in the comal.
    Soak chiles in a pan with water over medium heat for 15 minutes or until soft.
    Chop the onion in fine squares and grate the cheese; mix them.
