Preparation
Uncover the chiles and remove the seeds.
Toast the chiles lightly in the comal.
Soak chiles in a pan with water over medium heat for 15 minutes or until soft.
Chop the onion in fine squares and grate the cheese; mix them.
Blend the cloves of garlic, chiles, 1/4 cup of water with which the chilies, granny chocolate, sugar, salt, pepper and oregano were soaked.
Boil the previous mixture in a pan with little oil and let it thicken.
Lightly fry the tortillas one by one.
Pass the tortillas through the chili, on both sides; Stuffed with onion and cheese. It serves.
