Ingredients

2 servings
  • 300 grams of fish
  • enough of flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • enough of Crunchy Bimbo ® Emperiser
  • enough of cooking spray oil
  • 2 habanero peppers roasted, for the dressing
  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise for the seasoning
  • 1/4 of Cup of ketchup for the seasoning
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice yellow, for the dressing
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • enough of chinese parsley finely chopped
  • enough of green lemon cut in half, to serve
  • enough of Salad To garnish

Preparation

On a cutting board cut the fish into sticks, about two fingers width
Pass the fish strips through the flour, egg and Bimbo® Crunchy Bread Crumbs, making sure to cover them very well.
Heat a pan with a little oil spray and fry the fish sticks on all sides until browned, drain on absorbent paper.
For the dressing, blend the habanero pepper with the mayonnaise, the ketchup and the yellow lemon juice, the salt and the pepper until obtaining a soft and smooth dressing, set aside.
Serve your fish sticks sprinkled with Chinese parsley, garnish with yellow lemon, dressing and fresh salad.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with Chinese parsley, accompany with yellow lemon and dressing.

TIPS

Use a firmer fish for frying, you can also cut it up while frozen so that it is perfect.
