Ingredients

2 portions
  • 300 grams fish
  • enough flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • enough Crunchy Bimbo ® Emperiser
  • enough cooking spray oil
  • 2 habanero peppers, roasted, for the dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, for the seasoning
  • 1/4 cups ketchup, for the seasoning
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, yellow, for the dressing
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • enough chinese parsley, finely chopped
  • enough lemon, cut in half, to serve
  • enough Salad, To garnish

Preparation

On a cutting board cut the fish into sticks, about two fingers width
Pass the fish strips through the flour, egg and Bimbo® Crunchy Bread Crumbs, making sure to cover them very well.
Heat a pan with a little oil spray and fry the fish sticks on all sides until browned, drain on absorbent paper.
For the dressing, blend the habanero pepper with the mayonnaise, the ketchup and the yellow lemon juice, the salt and the pepper until obtaining a soft and smooth dressing, set aside.
Serve your fish sticks sprinkled with Chinese parsley, garnish with yellow lemon, dressing and fresh salad.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with Chinese parsley, accompany with yellow lemon and dressing.

TIPS

Use a firmer fish for frying, you can also cut it up while frozen so that it is perfect.
