Ingredients

4 portions
  • codfish, (surplus) amount needed
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 5 milliliters oil

Preparation

Heat the oil, add the cod to heat it.
Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add them to the pan. Mix perfectly and cook at low temperature, covering so that they set and cook the top of the frittata.
Once well cooked and well curdled, remove from the pan and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a salad of tomato, cucumber, onion and lettuce.
