This is a practical and fast recipe. Prepared with ingredients that we usually have at home. These tuna medallions with the toqeu of soy, lemon and spices will ennatará you.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 pieces of fresh tuna in medallion
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard
  • 2 spoonfuls of red onion finely chopped
  • 3 pieces of scallion
  • 1 teaspoonful of seasoning
  • 1 piece of lemon juice
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Fry the purple onion in a little oil for 3 minutes or until it is clear.
    In a bowl, mix soy, mustard, lemon, herbs, scallions, red onion, salt and pepper.
    Cook the tuna medallions for 6 minutes on each side (first seal their sides), the center will be pink. If you like you can leave them more time so that they are more cooked.

    PRESENTATION

    Emplata the tuna and bathe it with the mixture to taste, accompanied by steamed or wild rice and a salad.

    hola... no encontre donde editar la receta para agregar el ultimo paso, sobre sazonar el atun lo omiti por la sal que le agregaremos con la salsa soya. Ya cocinado el atun, emplatamos y banamos con la salsa preparada.
