Salted Tuna Medallion

This is a practical and fast recipe. Prepared with ingredients that we usually have at home. These tuna medallions with the toqeu of soy, lemon and spices will ennatará you.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of fresh tuna in medallion
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard
  • 2 spoonfuls of purple Onion finely chopped
  • 3 pieces of chives
  • 1 teaspoonful of seasoning
  • 1 piece of lemon juice
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Fry the purple onion in a little oil for 3 minutes or until it is clear.
    In a bowl, mix soy, mustard, lemon, herbs, scallions, red onion, salt and pepper.
    Cook the tuna medallions for 6 minutes on each side (first seal their sides), the center will be pink. If you like you can leave them more time so that they are more cooked.

    PRESENTATION
