Exquisite recipe of salmon with steamed vegetables accompanied by a creamy white sauce. It is a delicious dish that surely everyone will love.

  • 400 grams Salmon, in pieces
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 pumpkins
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 pinch salt


To start, boil water in a saucepan and place a steamer rack. Make sure that the water inside does not exceed the grid. Add a piece of onion and a pinch of salt to the water.
Take the carrots, wash them perfectly without peeling and once ready, cut them into slices about half a centimeter wide and place them inside the pan on the rack. On the sliced ​​carrots place small pieces of butter, let them cook for two minutes before adding the other ingredients.
On the other hand, take the potatoes and wash them. Cut into slices about half a centimeter. After two minutes of advantage that we gave to the carrots, place on them the slices of potato, and in the same way place pieces of butter on the potato to cook the vegetables the steam.
Let the potatoes steam steamed together with the carrot for 2 more minutes and place on the potatoes the pieces of salmon, to which before we should add a pinch of salt; Add bits of butter too.
Next place the pumpkin perfectly washed and sliced ​​into slices half a centimeter wide, and on top of this add the perfectly clean pieces of broccoli. In the same way as you did before, place small pieces of butter and let the steamed salmon cook with vegetables for about 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, in the blender, combine the cream with the milk, the remaining onion, the garlic, the chicken bouillon powder and a pinch of salt, and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the mixture over a pan with a piece of melted butter and let it cook for two minutes, moving constantly to prevent the sauce that will accompany the salmon from burning. After this time we withdraw from the fire and reserve.
After 7 minutes of cooking the vegetables and the fish, remove from heat and serve hot.


Bathe the fish and vegetables with the sauce.
