Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until they are soft. Drain the potatoes and crush them with a fork. You can use the processor for this step.
Finely chop the onion, garlic, parsley and add them to the potato. Add the drained tuna, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and 1 egg. Integrate everything until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Form balls and pass through flour. Beat the remaining egg and cover the balls, finish with the Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Amaranth, flaxseed and cranberry.
In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the balls until they are even brown. Place the balls on absorbent paper towel to remove excess fat.
