This is a very good recipe to make a rich French crepes. You can make them with sweet or salty stuffing.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    Mix the flour with the milk little by little, stirring constantly.
    Beat the eggs and add one by one to the flour and milk mixture.
    Add the tablespoon of oil and the pinch of salt.
    Heat the pan over low heat and grease with little oil.
    Pour a little of the mixture spreading all over the surface.
    Flip when the bottom is cooked and wait a few minutes and ready.
