Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of hominy precooked
  • 500 grams of medium shrimp raw
  • 250 grams of pork meat solid
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 2 liters of Water
  • 8 green tomatoes for green sauce
  • 2 Green Chiles serrano
  • 5 branches of fresh coriander
  • 2 branches of fresh epazote
  • 250 grams of onion finely chopped, for garnish
  • 5 lemon match in rooms
  • 200 grams of Romaine lettuce finely filleted
  • 200 grams of radish finely sliced
  • 2 avocados cut into thin sections
  • 150 grams of pork rind in pieces

Preparation

Cook the corn with the water, garlic, onion and pork for 20 minutes in an express pot, until the corn is soft and burst.
Blend the tomatoes, chile serrano, cilantro and epazote, with a little of the liquid from the cooking of the corn, add to the cooking of the corn, add salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes more. In the last 5 minutes of cooking add the shrimp, so they do not overcook.
Serve the pozole and accompany it with its garnish.
