Preparation
Place the tomatoes with the previously washed chilies in a pot of water and cook until they are cooked.
Grind cooked tomatoes with chilies, 1/4 onion, garlic, cilantro and salt to taste.
Fry the tortillas in the oil.
Cook the sauce until it changes color and rectifies the seasoning.
Finely chop the rest of the onion and reserve.
Dip the tortillas in the hot sauce one at a time and place them on a plate.
Add the tuna in the middle and fold until you complete 3 enchiladas.
