Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons Carlota® Mccormick® honey mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Mccormick® ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons coriander seed, ground
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 8 rack of lamb
  • 1 package spaghetti, 500 g of cooked No. 5.

Preparation

Mix the ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander seeds and 3 tablespoons of Carlota® Mc Cormick® Honey Mustard, until forming a paste.
Spread the ribs and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Seal the ribs to the desired finish on both sides (10-12 min. For red finish).
Place 2 ribs on individual plates over some hot pastry.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with butter spaghetti and a glass of wine.

TIPS

Make sure that your grill where you seal the ribs is very hot so that they do not become loose and hard.
