Preparation
Spread the olive oil on the medallions and season on both sides.
Preheat a grill or non-stick pan over high heat and cook the medallions 2 minutes on both sides. Remove from the pan and reserve.
Empty the Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce in another pan. Add the water and heat over low heat for 1 minute mixing continuously.
Add cherries, corn syrup, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, cloves and salt to skillet. Warm up for 5 minutes without stopping moving. Remove the cloves.
Add the medallions and heat for 1 more minute before serving.
Serve with fresh watercress.
