  • enough of Water
  • 1/4 of Cup of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 500 grams of ground beef beef
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of tomato puree
  • 4 pieces of tomato poached and chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of beef broth
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 Cup of goat cheese
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated
  • enough of parsley finely chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    On a board, cut the eggplant into medium thick slices, and soak them with water and salt for 1 hour to prevent them from becoming bitter.
    In a pan heat the oil, cook the meat until it changes color. Add the onion, garlic, nutmeg, cinnamon, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Once the vegetables are soft, add the tomato puree, the chopped tomato, and the beef broth. Cook for 30 minutes until all liquids evaporate. Remove.
    On a grill, grill the eggplants on both sides and reserve.
    In an oven proof dish, place a layer of eggplant followed by the meat, cream, goat cheese, manchego cheese and repeat this process until the container is full.
    Finish with Manchego cheese, sprinkle with parsley and bake until the cheese is grated, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS
