Preparation
For the dough: Mix the flour, yeast and salt. Add the oil, the egg and a little water; begin to knead and pour the water little by little until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Once the dough is already fully integrated; Leave to ferment for 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature. With the help of a rolling pin, spread the dough until it takes a circular shape, place it on a pizza disk or on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 250º C.
Place the meat in a pot over high heat and cook for 5 minutes. Season with Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce, tomato puree, salt and pepper. Once the meat is cooked; remove from heat, drain the juice that has removed the meat and let cool.
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips, place them on a pan with Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce over medium heat for 5 minutes until they are caramelized, remove from heat and let cool.
On the basis of the pizza place the ground meat already cooked and seasoned; Later, a layer of salami is added, then the turkey ham is placed and to finish the peppers already cooked.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Once ready, cut the pizza into 8 slices.
