It is a recipe typical of the state of Tabasco, where beef shredded beef, Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce, catsup sauce, cabbage, salt to taste, onion and butter are used. You can accompany this dish with the garnish of your preference. You can also eat it cold, it's simple and delicious.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams beef
  • 360 grams Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce
  • 370 grams ketchup
  • 1 cabbage, girl
  • 1 onion
  • 125 grams butter
  • chipotle chile, optional
  • salt

Preparation

Cook the meat with water, a slice of onion and salt to taste.
File the cabbage and the rest of the onion. Acitrona with butter.
Blend the sauces, chipotle chili (optional) and reserve.
Once the onion and cabbage are fried, add the shredded meat and the mixture of the sauces. Check the salt, let boil for 10 minutes, remove from the heat.
It serves.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with rice, beans or cold in sandwiches with toast, as well as sandwich.
