Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 on of Knorr ® Rice to the Poblana
  • 2 cups of flank steak cooked, without salt and shucked
  • 1 Cup of roma tomato seedless, in squares
  • 5 leaves of Romaine lettuce washed and disinfected
  • 1 3/4 cups of Water
  • 2 teaspoons of Knorr® Beef Broth granulated
  • 1 soup spoon of oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of White vinegar

    Preparation

    Pour the water into a pot and add the oil.
    Empty the envelope of Knorr ® Rice to the Poblana, mix perfectly. Cover and let boil over high heat.
    Lower the flame when it boils and cook for 10 more minutes. Let cool.
    In a bowl, mix the skirt, tomato, lettuce and the spoon of Knorr® Caldo Sabor Res.
    Integrate the rice bowl little by little. Add the vinegar and mix in an enveloping way.
    Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
