Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams Pork Meat
  • 1/2 bottles Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 lettuce, iceberg
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 chili Peppers
  • to taste onion, cri
  • 1 avocado, maturao
  • to taste salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions

Preparation

Cook the pork in a pressure cooker, along with the garlic and 1/2 of onion and salt, let it cook for at least 40 minutes over medium heat. For the bread, preheat the oven to 160 ° C (350 ° F).
While the meat is cooking, in a bowl place the lettuce cut with a grater (with the long side), in the same way and with the same method cut the onion and carrot, then cut the jalapeño pepper into small squares, and place it in a bowl, with mayonnaise and mix very well.
Take the slices of bar bread and place the following mixture: chopped garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese and melted butter. With a broil, spread it on the bread, only on one side and bake for about 15 minutes (it depends on how brown you want it).
Take the meat out of the express pot, it should be super soft, crumble it and put it in a saucepan. Heat and add the Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce, wait for it to boil and stir constantly so that it does not stick.
Remove the loaves from the oven, place them on the plate where you will first put the meat with Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce, the salad, followed by the avocado and finally the crunchy onion.

PRESENTATION

Serve this sandwich with cucumbers, jalapeños and a portion of French fries .

TIPS

You can put the loaves so that one of only 4 loaves comes out or if you eat less, you can make them separately and get 4 sandwiches.
