For the sauce, in a hot deep frying pan melt the butter and cook the garlic until it begins to have a bright color. Pour in the meat juice, the French's® Worcestershire Sauce, the honey, the cornstarch diluted in water and the pepper, stir with a balloon whisk until incorporated and cook over medium low heat for 8 minutes. Reserve hot.
In a bowl mix the ground beef with the onion, the garlic, the red bell pepper, the ground bread, the egg, the paprika, the oregano, the parsley, and the French's® English Sauce; Season with salt and pepper; Integrate until a manageable mix is obtained.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Put a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet, spread the meat mixture on the sheet of paper with the help of your hands, place the slices of Manchego cheese on top and close in the shape of a roll supporting the aluminum foil. Press to compact.
Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes at 200 ° C. Remove from the oven, remove the aluminum foil, bathe it with the sauce you prepared and return to the oven for 15 more minutes.
Slice the meatloaf, serve with more sauce, garnish with fresh oregano and serve with roasted vegetables.
