Ingredients

6 portions
  • 750 grams ground beef, without fat, sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper, milled
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cups tomato sauce, for pizza
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the ground beef with Knorr® Sabor Res Broth, onion, pepper, mustard, parsley, tomato sauce and egg.
Knead until achieving a homogeneous appearance.
Place the mixture in a refractory oven and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 20 minutes, remove the paper and bake for 10 more minutes or until golden brown.

Me gusto la receta, pero se me hizo como muy sin chiste así que le agregue zanahoria, papa y jamón picado y al momento de poner en el refractario lo cubrí con tocino
