Ingredients

9 portions
  • 1/2 kilos ground beef
  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 paprika
  • to taste salt, oregano and marinade
  • enough oil
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 4 Sweet pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 kilos White cheese, semi salty
  • 300 grams Ham

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
Cook the meat in a pan with a little oil.
In another frying pan, onion, garlic, sweet pepper, capers, paprika with salt / marinade and oregano.
When frying the components after 2 minutes add the meat and finish the cooking, finally add the cup of sauce or tomato paste and salt or marinade enough if required.
Fry the bananas, the more ripe they are, the better the pastiche will be. Take 3 of the 6 eggs beat with a little salt / marinade and oregano.
When having all this ready, the assembly of the pastiche begins; add the 3 eggs previously beaten and seasoned in the bottom of the cake pan, then add a bed of fried plantains, then apply a layer of grated white cheese and on top of this one of ham, then repeat the process until you reach a centimeter from the top of our cake pan, beat the remaining 3 eggs and spread it over the surface of the pastiche, then bake for 20 to 30 minutes and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

You can serve with grated cheese on top and a little freshly cut cilantro.

TIPS

Cut the banana into slices, so that the armando is easier. Try to have ripe bananas because with these the consistency is better when you finish cooking in the oven ...
