Cook the meat for one hour with salt, 2 or 3 whole cloves of unpeeled garlic, onion slices and plenty of water.
Once it has been cooked, cooled, crushed and thrown, the tortillas are heated, the meat is rolled in them and they light themselves with a toothpick so that they do not come out.
They are fried in hot oil so that they are golden brown and they are taken to a dish, then put on lettuce and sprinkled with a sauce, add the avocado, the cream and some milk, put cilantro to taste.
They are also made of chicken by cooking the same chicken along with some oregano and chopped tomato.
Another sauce would be 1/4 liter of cream, quarter of green lime tomato, chili to taste, cilantro, lettuce.
The tomato is cooked with the chile and then it is liquefied with the cream.
