Ingredients

12 portions
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 500 grams beef, or pig
  • 1 green chile
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • salt
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • black pepper

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180 °
