Mexican flutes are famous because they make us sing, and not precisely because of their melodious sound, they make us sing with joy, because of their flavor! They are a typical dish of Mexican gastronomy. Their origin is not known with certainty, although it is believed that they originate from Sinaloa and the Federal District mainly but exist throughout Mexico.

Preparation
Cook the chicken in enough water, add salt and the garlic clove. Remove from the water when cooked and let it rest to crumble the breasts.
Remove the pit from the avocado and place the pulp in the blender, along with ¼ cup. water, salt and lemon juice.
Lightly heat the tortillas until they are flexible and place a little of the shredded chicken.
Roll up and cook in hot oil until golden brown.
Remove the excess oil from the flutes and serve with the avocado sauce and sprinkle the cheese.
