We present an easy and delicious recipe; potatoes with chorizo ​​is a popular dish in Mexican food for being an economic preparation and ideal to fill a rich pambazos or make a taquiza where many people will attend; since it yields a lot.

This stew is very well balanced since the potatoes absorb the taste of chorizo ​​and balance the fat it contains.   • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sausage
  • 1 cup potato, cooked and cut into cubes
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • enough corn tortilla


Cut the chorizo ​​into slices 1 cm thick.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil, cook the onion with the sausage and remove the excess fat.
Add the potatoes, the serrano pepper, cook a few more minutes and season to your liking. Reservation.
