We present an easy and delicious recipe; potatoes with chorizo ​​is a popular dish in Mexican food for being an economic preparation and ideal to fill a rich pambazos or make a taquiza where many people will attend; since it yields a lot.

This stew is very well balanced since the potatoes absorb the taste of chorizo ​​and balance the fat it contains. Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of sausage
  • 1 Cup of potato cooked and cut into cubes
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper
  • enough of Corn tortillas

    Preparation

    Cut the chorizo ​​into slices 1 cm thick.
