Preparation
In a frying pan over medium heat, add the Chorizo en Bote FUD® and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove excess fat and reserve.
Heat the chorizo fat and sauté the onion until it changes color, add the chili and beans; mash them, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a comal or grill heat a little oil, cook the sopes on both sides, spread a little beans on each sope and add the FUD® Manchego Grated Cheese, and cook over low heat to gratin and drain on absorbent paper.
Serve with the lettuce, avocado, cream and green sauce. Enjoy
