Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup FUD® Chorizo sausage (turkey)
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon serrano pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cups bean, from the pot
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 8 Mexican sopes
  • 1 cup FUD® Manchego Grated Cheese
  • to taste lettuce, for presentation
  • to taste avocado, for presentation
  • to taste sour cream, for presentation
  • to taste green sauce, for presentation

Preparation

In a frying pan over medium heat, add the Chorizo ​​en Bote FUD® and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove excess fat and reserve.
Heat the chorizo ​​fat and sauté the onion until it changes color, add the chili and beans; mash them, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a comal or grill heat a little oil, cook the sopes on both sides, spread a little beans on each sope and add the FUD® Manchego Grated Cheese, and cook over low heat to gratin and drain on absorbent paper.
Serve with the lettuce, avocado, cream and green sauce. Enjoy

TIPS

Add the beans without liquid, otherwise the reaction of water with the hot oil would splash and could cause an accident.
