Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 onion medium slice
  • 5 cloves of garlic roasted and peeled
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 3 cups of pinto beans previously cooked, with broth
  • 1/4 of Cup of oil
  • 12 tortillas medium
  • 1 Cup of fresh cheese fallen apart
  • 1 avocado in cubes to decorate
  • 250 grams of sausage
  • 50 milliliters of cream

    Preparation

    Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and add the onion and fry until it is sharp. Blend the onion with the garlic, water and beans. Return everything to the same pan and sauté the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
    Heat a little oil and fry the tortillas a few seconds on each side so they heat up. Drain the tortillas on absorbent paper.
    Boil the chorizo ​​in a pan and crumble it.
    Dip an omelet in the bean sauce, filled with chorizo.
    Serve with cream, cheese and avocado.
